We design and operate coalition infrastructure — from governance design and partner recruitment to ongoing operations — and we stay in the work long after the launch.

We created and lead the Health Action Alliance, one of the largest nonpartisan private-sector coalitions in the country focused on workforce health, and U.S. Business Action to End HIV, focused on mobilizing employers to help end the HIV epidemic. We also work with partners to design strategies, produce original research, and run accelerators and convenings that move business leaders from awareness to action.

Our work takes on issues where progress depends on getting the right people in the room — from women's health issues like menopause policy, to extreme weather preparedness, to workforce mental health. We build the structures and networks that make collective action possible, and we build them to last.
