Acquaint Volunteers in two main types of volunteer activities: Local Missions and Global Conversations. Together, these experiences give employees real-world opportunities to practice the Acquaint mindset — curiosity, humility, non-judgement, effort, and listening — in ways that are both meaningful and practical.
Local Missions: Employees complete simple, meaningful acts of connection in their daily lives. Each mission is designed to promote human connection locally, and companies can select missions that align with their own values or CSR goals.
Global Conversations: Employees connect one-on-one with fellow volunteers from over 110 countries in guided, audio-only dialogues. With every session, participants practice skills that enhance leadership and collaboration, such as communication across different perspectives.
