We can leverage technology to connect our customers and associates to causes they care about in over 4,000 communities across the U.S. This role will be a core member of the team designing the future of this approach to shape how Walmart.org leverages our local presence to build stronger communities and deepen our relationship with customers.
About this role:
The Senior Manager, Grant Portfolios, Foundation - Giving & Volunteerism will be responsible for helping strengthen the Spark Good programs, engaging associates, and customers in driving impact. Specifically, this person will be involved in designing and testing innovative approaches to increase engagement, partnering with third party providers and Walmart Global Tech to enhance user experience, engage nonprofits, associates and customers to gain insights on how Spark Good can better serve them, and providing end-to-end customer service to ensure a high-quality experience. This role is highly focused on learning, collaboration, and strategic execution.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
