Why is this a good role for you?
The HR Coordinator will provide project and reporting support for HR programs and initiatives under the direction of the DEI Leadership team. This role will support employee experience and education, process review, reporting, and program objectives. The role requires attention to details, tactical execution, cross team collaboration, and the ability to support multiple priorities. You will also support ERG programs in close partnership with our ERG Program Managers.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, DEI Partnerships, this person will ensure the delivery of our DEI portfolio on time, within scope & budget in partnership with the business.
About The Role
Assist in organizing and executing Employee Resource Group (ERG) programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Support the development and distribution of communications and materials
Support ERGs (day-to-day operations) in developing and executing initiatives that promote inclusion across the organization
Participate in meetings and contribute towards enhancing inclusive strategies
Maintain and update resources and documentation in various mediums (EA World, ERG Playbooks, etc)
Assist in presentation preparation and reports to share portfolio progress and insights
Support change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of programs and initiatives.
Analyze data related to ERG initiatives to measure progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and create an inclusive & healthy workplace culture
Reports to the Sr. Director, DEI Partnerships
About You
Minimum experience: Preferred 2+ years’ college experience Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Communications or relevant fields)
Proficient in planning, executing, and closing projects to achieve specific predefined goals
Ability to multi-task, with solid organizational skills, to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in both written and spoken formats
Ability to build & maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
Ability to influence & drive change without direct authority while collaborating with teams across various functions
Proficient in creating engaging & informative presentations
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google applications
