OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
The Vice President, Marketing, Communications & Thought Leadership is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and elevating ACCP’s brand, voice, reputation, and influence. This position has primary responsibility for ACCP’s marketing and communications strategy, external messaging, digital presence, and thought leadership initiatives that advance the Association’s strategic plan and differentiate its value proposition.
This role oversees all marketing and communications functions, including branding, storytelling, digital strategy, analytics, media, and internal and external communications, as well as the development and dissemination of ACCP’s thought leadership. The Vice President partners closely with the Membership & Fundraising and Content & Learning teams to ensure ACCP’s offerings, insights, and impact are communicated clearly and compellingly to members, prospective members, and the broader field. This position serves on the Senior Leadership Team and leads the Marketing & Communications department.

Compensation Range: $150-160k annually; this range is firm and based on skills and experience.
