Primary Purpose:
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Administer PHI’s corporate citizenship programs, spanning nonprofit partnerships, corporate contributions, volunteer engagement, and ticketing operations. Serve as a primary liaison to nonprofit organizations and support the execution of community events, partner engagements, and employee volunteer initiatives. Oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure consistent implementation of PHI’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy across all jurisdictions.
Note: Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
Primary Duties:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Serve as the primary liaison to nonprofit partners by coordinating relationship management, conducting site visits and representing PHI at external events. (25%)
- Manage incoming grant proposals, organization engagement and provide strategic funding recommendations, . (25%)
- Coordinate volunteer activities in partnership with the Sr. Corporate Relations Specialist, lead employee engagement initiatives across PHI service area, and oversee the execution of signature volunteer events and recognition programs. (20%)
- Lead planning and logistics for department‑sponsored community activations, including vendor coordination and on‑site implementation, while supporting executive engagement. (20%)
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, system and coordination of company tickets. (10%)
Job Scope:
JOB SCOPE
- Support management of the contributions budget, including in‑kind donations, , and provide consultation on funding decisions as needed.
- Advise senior leaders on participation in community events such as fundraising luncheons, dinners, conferences, and other strategic engagements.
- Oversee contribution‑related relationships to ensure strong visibility and impact.
- Support contributions‑related policies development and produce community investment activities reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, or related discipline and 4-7 years related experience in community relations, sponsorship administration or corporate contributions, OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 6-9 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work in a team environment as well as working independently.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust and work effectively with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and also to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and effectively monitor a budget of several million dollars.
- Excellent project management skills required.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft applications, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and GIFTS software.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Systems management capability, including oversight of platforms such as TicketManager and contribution documentation tools.
- Cross‑functional leadership experience collaborating and driving initiatives with Communications, Legal, Procurement, and External Affairs.

- Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $84,000.00/Yr. – $115,500.00/Yr.
