Job Title: Sr. Culture and Community Project Specialist
Role Summary
The Sr. Culture and Community Project Specialist will be a strategic driver of Epiq’s Culture and Community initiatives, with a focus on scaling and sustaining our global ERG program and community impact efforts. This highly visible role partners across HR, Marketing, and senior leadership to ensure our internal culture is reflected externally and our programs are inclusive, measurable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and Own ERG Strategy: Drive the growth, participation, and global inclusion practices of Epiq’s ERG program. Support six ERGs and more than 24 ERG leaders to ensure initiatives are impactful, scalable, and aligned with Culture and Community goals and deliver measurable impact.
- Oversee and Support ERG Programming: Partner with ERG leadership teams and Executive Sponsors to plan and execute annual programming, including monthly events for each ERG. Oversee content review, event communications, meeting invites, PowerPoint creation, and logistics to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with Culture and Community strategy.
- All ERG Programming: Lead and deliver two global professional development events for all ERG members.
- ERG Leadership Lifecycle: Own the recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding of ERG leaders, ensuring continuity and engagement.
- Community Impact Oversight: Manage the organization, execution, and reporting of all community impact initiatives globally.
- External Representation: Partner with Marketing to ensure Culture and Community events are authentically represented on external social media platforms. Support the identification and submission of relevant awards for individuals and company-wide initiatives
- Metrics & Reporting: Collaborate with the Sr. HR Reporting Analyst to measure and report quarterly metrics specific to ERG and Community Impact programming. Use data insights to drive strategic decisions and program improvements.
- Recognition: In strong partnership with Total Rewards oversee the evolution and execution of the ERG Leadership Recognition Program.
- External Trends: Stay current on inclusion trends, research, best practices and the evolving legislative climate. Advise on strategies to drive innovation and effectiveness.
- Executive Engagement: Facilitate meetings, create executive summaries, and build relationships with senior leaders across the business.
- Technology Tools: Utilize Microsoft Suite, Workday, Teams, and SharePoint to manage workflows and communications.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools such as Copilot to create efficiencies in documentation, reporting, and communications while maintaining authenticity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading ERGs or large-scale groups through influence.
- Strong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated success navigating evolving external landscapes and aligning internal strategies.
- Ability to scale programs and drive them along a maturity model.
- Experience creating frameworks, systems, and documentation to support ERG and community impact initiatives.
- Exceptional meeting facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Experience creating executive-level communications and summaries.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Workday, Teams, SharePoint); experience using AI tools to enhance workflows is a plus.
The Compensation range for this role is $85k -$95k USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
