As an Associate Manager, Community & Belonging located in Birmingham, AL, you will be the primary architect of engagement for our Belonging Communities, responsible for the health, growth, and impact of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Affinity Groups. You will drive measurable impact through community engagement, volunteerism, and internal cultural alignment to ensure every member of our team feels they truly belong.
While no two days are the same, you will serve as a strategic coach to ERG Leads and Executive Sponsors, lead the execution of cultural heritage months, and identify accessibility needs across company events, such as securing ASL interpreters . You will independently create belonging-related communications, review creative materials for cultural resonance, and track engagement metrics. Lastly, you will collaborate cross-functionally with the Social Impact and Culture teams to bridge the gap between internal belonging and external community impact.
Pay Range: $60,000 - $85,000
