UKG Impact leverages strategic philanthropy, workforce development, volunteering, and giving to expand opportunity for traditionally overlooked communities—while creating meaningful ways for employees to strengthen the communities where they live and work.
We are launching a new global social impact initiative focused on expanding access to workforce opportunities in partnership with high-impact nonprofits. This initiative is designed to scale across geographies and industries, leveraging data, partnerships, and UKG technology to drive measurable outcomes for talent and employers.
About the Role
The Senior Impact Program Manager plays a critical role in managing and evolving the operational backbone of UKG’s strategic philanthropic initiatives, with a focus on grantmaking, program execution, and impact measurement.
You will own defined workstreams within a global, multi-country initiative—ensuring nonprofit investments are compliant, well-managed, strategically aligned, and connected to measurable workforce outcomes.
This role blends program management, grantmaking operations, data and reporting, and workforce strategy. You will apply established frameworks while adapting them to emerging needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and help build scalable systems that strengthen program effectiveness and long-term impact.
You will work independently with minimal guidance, partner across functions, and contribute to outcomes that advance team and initiative-level goals.
Grantmaking & Program Management
Own end-to-end execution of grantmaking processes, including due diligence, investment tracking, and reporting requirements
Identify and pursue strategy-aligned funding opportunities and contribute to portfolio prioritization
Manage grant agreements, disbursements, and reporting timelines to ensure accuracy and compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit partners to support effective program delivery
Impact Measurement & Insights
Own the operationalization of core employability metrics and reporting frameworks across the initiative
Develop and manage standardized reporting tools and dashboards to track program performance
Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend improvements
Contribute to quarterly and annual impact reporting, connecting program outcomes to broader workforce goals
Ecosystem & Partner Development
Conduct research and analysis to identify high-potential nonprofit and workforce partners
Support evaluation, selection, and onboarding of partners, contributing to a strong and scalable ecosystem
Track and analyze partner engagement to inform strategy and strengthen relationships
Contribute insights and materials to support employer-facing pilots and partnership opportunities
Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, data, partnerships) to align on priorities and execution
Develop materials to support internal alignment and external stakeholder engagement
Identify and solve operational and programmatic challenges by adapting existing processes and tools
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enable the initiative to scale efficiently across regions
Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in grantmaking, program management, corporate social impact, or a related field
Experience managing programs or projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with tools for data tracking, reporting, and analysis (e.g., Microsoft tools, YourCause GrantsConnect)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with nonprofits, workforce development initiatives, or social impact programs
Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks and performance reporting
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, technology, or data teams
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

The pay range for this position is $90,900 to $130,700. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
