The Executive Office plays an integral role in setting and advancing Goldman Sachs' corporate strategy, and in preserving the firm's distinctive culture. We are responsible for safeguarding the firm's relationship with alumni, clients, shareholders, policy makers, and the broader public, while ensuring that our own people remain informed about the firm's evolving priorities. We also partner with the businesses to source high-impact opportunities in line with the firm's social and sustainability agendas.

The Office of Corporate Engagement
The Goldman Sachs Office of Corporate Engagement coordinates the global philanthropic efforts of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (Goldman Sachs), including strategic partnerships, charitable giving, and employee volunteerism.
Corporate Engagement is comprised of the Goldman Sachs Foundation, Goldman Sachs Gives, 10,000 Women, 10,000 Small Businesses, and Community TeamWorks (CTW).
Community TeamWorks (CTW) is Goldman Sachs' flagship global volunteer initiative, mobilizing tens of thousands of employees each year to partner with nonprofit organizations and make meaningful, measurable contributions to their local communities. Together with the firm's Matching Gifts program and our broader employee engagement platform, CTW connects our people's time, skills, and generosity to causes that matter — strengthening communities while deepening employee belonging, purpose, and pride in the firm.
The Role
We are seeking a Vice President to lead and develop the firm's employee engagement platform, spanning Community TeamWorks, Matching Gifts, and the wider portfolio of employee giving and volunteerism. The role calls for someone who can think strategically, execute effectively, and inspire participation at scale. The successful candidate will enable Goldman Sachs employees to engage with their communities, amplify impact through data, storytelling, technology, and partnerships, and deepen the platform's reach and effectiveness as a leading model for corporate volunteerism and giving.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
