The role of the Community Investment and Engagement (CIE) team is to engage employees across the company as they connect with Fannie Mae’s mission through corporate citizenship initiatives, including volunteerism and giving.
As a valued colleague on our team, you will report to the Director of Community Investment and Engagement and help advance Fannie Mae’s corporate citizenship efforts by leading the company’s matching gifts program and co-leading enterprise volunteer initiatives. In this role, you will drive employee giving and volunteer engagement, strengthen nonprofit partnerships, and support community causes aligned with Fannie Mae’s mission.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
· 2 years related experience.
· Prior experience administering matching gifts programs or managing volunteerism.
· Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making.
· Experience partnering with nonprofit organizations and/or engaging employee volunteers in meaningful experiences.
· Proven ability to manage multiple, time sensitive projects and balance competing priorities.
· Ability to work independently, take initiative, and set priorities in a dynamic environment.
· Outstanding organizational skills and ability to follow through to achieve deliverables.
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members, Fannie Mae employees and leaders, and third-party vendor representatives.
· Possess strong sense of integrity and exhibits ethical conduct.
· Possesses cultural competency and a sensitivity to other viewpoints.
· Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.
Desired Experiences
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· Prior experience using a matching gifts platform such as America’s Charities, Benevity, CyberGrants, etc.
