This position is responsible for advancing PBHG’s brand, strengthening its strategic position in the market, and expanding its connection to the communities it serves. Through coordinated marketing, communications, digital engagement, community relations, and development support, the role will increase awareness of PBHG’s services, elevate its impact and reputation, and create meaningful connections with clients, partners, donors, and community stakeholders. Ultimately, the position ensures PBHG is visible, recognizable, accessible, and strategically positioned to further its mission and expand its impact.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy, Brand Management & Creative Services
Implement organizational marketing strategy and prioritiesConduct marketing needs assessments to identify goals, target audiences, messaging needsMaintain brand consistency across programs, departments, and locationsCoordinate with marketing consultants to ensure strategic alignment and adherence to marketing policies and proceduresGather and develop testimonials, impact stories, and success stories that demonstrate mission impactDevelop graphic design and creative assets for digital and print marketingCreate brochures, flyers, signage, advertisements, promotional materials, infographics, and other collateralCoordinate print production and outside vendors as neededMaintain marketing templates, photography, and brand assetsDigital Marketing & Communications
