About the role
Etsy, the online marketplace for handmade and creative goods, is hiring a Community Programs Manager on its Workplace Experience team. The role is the day-to-day owner of Etsy's Employee Resource Group (ERG) program, giving employee-led communities the structure and support they need to thrive.
What you'll do
- Run the ERG program's yearly rhythm, from recruiting and onboarding new ERG leaders to training them and handling leadership transitions.
- Help ERG leads turn their goals into concrete plans and keep them on track.
- Build the program toolkit: playbooks, calendars, budget processes, templates and communication channels.
- Support ERG events and signature moments, and connect ERGs with each other and with partners in People, Talent, Advocacy, Sustainability & Impact and Workplace.
- Collect feedback, spot trends and recommend how the program should grow, while also helping with other Community & Belonging initiatives.
What they're looking for
- Roughly 3–5 years in program management, employee communities, DEI, HR or similar work.
- Hands-on experience supporting ERGs or other employee-led groups.
- Strong planning and systems-building skills, clear writing, and the judgment to handle sensitive conversations with care.
- A collaborative, service-minded style and openness to occasional travel and in-person event support.
