About the role
The Synergy Company, a certified B Corp maker of natural supplements based in Moab, Utah, is hiring a manager to grow its sustainability and social impact work. Partnering with the Head of Organizational Stewardship, this person will build on existing programs, measure progress and share the company's impact story.

What you'll do

• Run the company's sustainability and social impact programs, setting goals and tracking results.
• Lead documentation and reporting for certifications such as B Corp, The Climate Label and TRUE Zero Waste, and support compliance.
• Work with sourcing, supply chain and operations teams to build sustainability into day-to-day decisions.
• Support community partnerships in Moab and in the communities the company sources from.
• Engage employees and turn data and initiatives into clear impact communications, while managing budgets and reporting.

What they're looking for

• About 5–7 years of growing responsibility in sustainability, social impact, CSR or ESG.
• Working knowledge of sustainability frameworks, certifications and responsible business practices.
• Strong project management, data analysis and communication skills.
• Comfort presenting to and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Natural products or supplements experience is a plus; occasional travel.
